Went for a no-gi session whilst attending a work seminar.Very friendly and welcoming gym. Also I was 15 min late for class but Chris let me join in anyway. Cheers

Brilliant place to train!  Everyone is very welcoming and the trainers have buckets of experience.  The perfect place to work on your mma.  Or spend time focusing on just your stand up, ground work or do American Wresting to cover the take-downs and grappling between.  Top club.
