Had my Range Rover Evoque serviced today, really good price and excellent customer service. Let me use a lovely Mercedes while being done free! Explained every else that they advise needed doing, would definitely be using them again and would recommend anyone needing work done or service on their cars!

A very pleasant place to spend lots of money on a great car. Update : Just had the turbo seals replaced, car collected from home, fixed, and returned in under two hours! Cost? Half of the quote from local main stealer. All despite the Beast from the East!

This is my first google review. My experience with Tim Purslow Mercedes Benz is worth sharing to any proud MB owner. Tim, Rory and the team have remained honest, courteous and professional throughout. The service experience is also highly respected, with good flexibility and pristine courtesy cars they offer. A truly great business.

After talking with / visiting a number of sales agents and receiving a mixed bag of advice and Mercedes specific knowledge, most of which was unconvincing, chancing upon Tim Purslow was a breath of fresh air. After meeting Tim and Alan I was very impressed by their passion and knowledge for Mercedes cars. Their business model is very simple: to provide a car to high specification and finish; sell it at a reasonable market price ; and ultimately provide superb pre and post sales customer service. The latter is what makes them stand out. I'm happy I made the purchase from Tim Purslow.
