Okay I hate knocking down small business but these people as a whole are pathetic. I pulled my lower back whilst lifting some boxes in the cold without warming my body up first, which in return effected my whole spine and my pelvic area, went to A&E when my pelvic started to hurt and they said to do some light movement as I have strained my Lumbar, so I thought I book a few session with a personal trainer near me, instead of getting a therapist from the NHS Physiotherapy Clinic as I did not want to get pushed around by the NHS and its free garbage service with the Physiotherapist. I emailed Hayes using the websites and Tim Hayes replied “Thank you for getting in touch, I have copied in Toby who will get in touch to discuss your requirements in more detail, please could you reply all with your number.” I replied with my number, and to this day no reply from 3rd Jan to the day I decided to spread the message to avoid these people they are not emotionally connection to their profession and do not care about making new clients.
