Been a few times and it's consistently too hot in the studio. Think they're trying to save costs by not using the air conditioning or only putting it on minimally - which is a bit much when you pay £20 for a class! Probably a good place to go for a workout in winter - unless they're as tight with heating.
Absolutely the best workout style I've ever done. Has changed my life seriously! I'm 40, and fitter than I ever have been, and no longer feel creaky when I try any physical activity.
Awesome classes. If you want to get fit, join this gym. I've done both the metabolic classic and Viking fitness sessions, would gladly recommend both. Also, really friendly team who clearly care about what they do!
Completed my first class titled, "metabolic", a few days ago and I can honestly say that it was one of the best classes I have ever done. It was challenging, but super fun and the feeling after was incredible! Lawrence was just great, his energy is unmatched and he pays every person in the room attention, both motivating and correcting form. One hundred per cent worth every penny!
Great space and very good work out. I went for a cheeky lunch time session today to try it out; 30 mins pushed very hard, but in a fun way and a nice atmosphere. I'll be interested to return for longer evening work out.
Amazing team, great space.. as functional as it gets .. no hassle and very nice helpful people . One of the only functional gyms in london that actually responds when you contact them and has great open gym and class timings . Definitely coming back when I'm in London again!!
By far one of the best workouts I've had in years! Awesome gym and the owner is a champ of a bloke. Highly recommend!
