I chose to go to this tile shop because of the good reviews on Google and we weren’t disappointed. The staff were friendly and helpful. We found some excellent quality tiles at a competitive price.
Really good tiles and price, but service caused issues. Ordered the first batch and they got delivered fine, however, loads of broken tiles. Then ordered another batch and they were delivered to the wrong address AND they got £20 out of the woman they delivered it to for delivery. To make matters worse, the tiles were polished instead of honed. Caused massive issues between the builder and customer especially in delays. Does not come across as a professional outfit unfortunately.
avoid appalling returns policy if you order online - tried to return excess tiles within the 30 day period and expected to send on a pallet via a courier at my cost making it pointless - disgusted

My wife and I for a week have been trying to figure out which tiles to buy for our bathroom and the only time we came across someone that took their time out and fully explained the differences in styles and by giving their own opinion along with what was currentlynl popular was at this store by a young lad called Callum. We have made a decision and decided on our tiles thanks to him. If you visit the store I definitely recommend you ask for Callum. If you get to read this message...thanks again fella

Douglas and Sefer were wonderful. Great ambassadors for the company. They offered a free sample to take home and try, and ultimately this did help me make my final decision. They were really patient, helpful, sorted a great price and offered quick delivery. Would highly recommend them. Thank you.

Been today to the store. Huge variety of tiles, had to stop by a few shops before but decided to purchase tiles from here in the end. EXCELLENT customer service, extremely helpful and lovely. In the future will definitely come back!
I had an issue with my kitchen floor tiles which was on going for some time. I had contacted Murat MD who helped and got his guys on the case straight away. Sefa took this case on and progressed further with it than it ever had been. Unfortunately, he had to go to another store so got another guy Karim up to speed with where things were. Karim was extremely helpful and really made a lot of progress from chasing up the rep to making calls to suppliers to order samples for me. I finally recieved a sample I was happy with and within no time, Karim had made the order and double checked each box to make sure it was all from the same batch to avoid any problems again. Karim has managed to solve a problem I was having for almost 2 years so hats off to him. He's easy to deal with and always puts the customer first which is key! Thanks once again Karim for all your help, I really do appreciate all your help! Smooth process!
