This place is both frustrating and ignorant , bought a headset  (turtle beach xo three) they said all refunds within 14 days , 2 days after purchase they says it has to be eathier broken or faulty ,

I want my money back not your excuse why I can’t have it

Friendly staff usually, but the prices are normally never even close and it seems the audience nowadays are parents who don't have a clue about game prices or similar, its a shame because i'd come in more if the prices were closer to online prices. I mainly go for trade-ins
