Story

Charles and Sharon Duthie-Smith would like to offer you a warm welcome and a pleasant stay at either of their cottages – The Stables or The Barn.

Both buildings have been carefully restored to a high standard offering extreme comfort to all. Both cottages have been awarded four stars with Quality in Tourism, and The Barn also boasts a M1 and M2 grading in the National Accessible Scheme.

The finest walks are upon the doorstep: within minutes you can be alongside The Fleet lagoon and Chesil Beach, and the popular seaside resort of Weymouth is just three miles away.

Lovely B&B run by lovely people. Breakfast is amazing and the room was great. They also had great suggestions on hikes and where to eat. Would definately recommend a stay here
Beautiful b&b cottage, superb decoration and furniture, 5 star quality. The breakfast was lovely and set us up perfectly for a days sight seeing. Local walks on the coast along the Fleet and Chesil Beach. We will definitely be back here for a longer stay.

The freshly prepared breakfast was very tasty and you had the opportunity to express your own wishes. The room was very comfortable, furnished with great attention to detail and very thoughtfully. Everything was super clean, so that you could feel at home. Thank you Sharon and Charles for the pleasant stay. We'd love to come back! Original Wir wurden von dem Besitzer Charles sehr freundlich empfangen und bekamen erst mal alles gezeigt. Es gab viele hilfreiche Tipps für Unternehmungen. Das frisch zubereitete Frühstück war sehr lecker und man hatte die Möglichkeit eigene Wünsche zu äußern. Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel, mit viel Liebe zum Detail und sehr durchdacht eingerichtet. Alles war tipp top sauber, so dass man sich wie zu Hause fühlen konnte. Vielen Dank Sharon und Charles für den angenehmen Aufenthalt. Kommen gerne wieder!
