Just had our wedding reception here and I cannot recommend this place enough. They went above and beyond on our special day. The food was amazing and they decorated the function room exactly how I asked. We got a complimentary room for the night with a lovely spa bath and breakfast included and they'd even decorated the table in the morning. There were so many personal touches and we can't thank you enough for making our day so special.

I paid £130 for our room for 4people and made sure on the booking they were aware of the fact we were arriving in the early hours of the morning.when we arrived no one was available to let us in and despite phoning them we ended up sleeping by the harbour.in the car.in the morning we went to the lugger inn just to get washed-the bathroom had lots of cobwebs on the ceiling and the top of our wardrobe was very dirty as was most of the rest of the room-for £130 the room should have been very good which it wasn’t avoid

The place itself is nice.. basic but nice. The beds are comfy enough and although small, the room was adequate. The lady hosting was lively and couldn't be more helpful. The breakfast was fine too. The temperature in the room was freezing so we pit the heating on upon check-in. And left until later on that night. We got back and the room was boiling,so we opened a window slightly.. once we tried sleeping there was an emergency light in the room with a horrible green glow, illuminating the hole room making for a very restless nights sleep (I usually can sleep through anything) . The heating then went off around midnight making the room freezing even though the window was now closed. Other than these 2 issues and the shiwwre being tiny. I would've stayed again.. but I need my sleep.

Excellent pub, with great , friendly staff and locals too! Fabulous breakfast and accommodation, a must if your looking for somewhere to stay just on the outskirts of Weymouth then this is the place !
