Staff professional polite extremely helpfull answered all my questions .great customer service .Darren was brilliant .however connection not done when promised and same phone number not carried through as promised causing me huge problems at work .there apparently was a problem but I was not informed .not happy. Signal and coverage not good as promised .gòod price though.

The three store is great if you want to get a good look at the devices they offer. There are nice little displays for the packages they come with also. Too bad they are fixed in one place.

I would agree with the earlier review that the network 3 Weston-Super-Mare store was an excellent place to visit two years ago when I last dealt with it. However, it is certainly not in that category at present (04/072015). My wife and I visited the Weston-super-Mare store approximately 28 days prior to the above date, paid cash for a new phone and took out two new 30 day rolling contracts. As stated, our previous visits had been an enjoyable experience but on this occasion the staff seemed to be somewhat disorganised and ill trained. However, as overall our experience with network 3 in in regard to our previous two-year contracts had been good we decided to remain in the store and make the above purchases. My new phone turned out to be somewhat of a disappointment in regard to several problems and on the evening of the 03/07/2015 completely broke down. I returned to the Weston-super-Mare store the following day to explain the matter and was met with a complete wall of indifference and an offhanded “it’s nothing to do with us” attitude. What really I did not understand when trying to deal with the “incompetent” members of staff, was that I was prepared to upgrade the phone for a another model had they only spoken reasonably to me and asked that question. However, the foregoing did not happen and I left the store annoyed and very dissatisfied with the service and attitude I received. My wife and I have now served notice on our two rolling monthly contracts and I am in the process of securing a new phone and contracts from another provider having scrapped the original phone bought from the network 3 Weston-super-Mare store. I will also be obtaining a pay as you go Sim card for my 3G tablet from another provider when the present credit runs out and that obviously will not be from network three. Therefore, in approximately 3 to 4 months months the Weston-super-Mare store by its attitude to customers will have lost everything I paid to them and signed up for on our July visit and those losses will build and being ongoing into the future. For my wife and me service is everything when we visit any retail establishment and we will promote that even if it means losses to ourselves. We have been customers of network 3 four over three years but no longer and that is all because of attitude and incompetence by staff at the Weston-super-Mare store.
