Visited the fragrance shop looking for a new aftershave. The first assistant told me about the frgrance recommendation tool which was very helpful. Then the manager who is an expert in fragrance recommended some lovely aftershaves. Nothing was too much trouble. Love The Fragrance Shop for excellent customer service!

Very helpful and attentive staff.  I had a small problem where my husband had bought the wrong perfume.  They refunded me and ordered a replacement. Excellent customer service .. thank you.
