Don't bother with the rest of the shops in Weston, who offer fake discounts on over priced cheap imitations. This shop had only good quality clothing and equipment, owners are very knowledgeable about all the gear.

Fantastic customer service. I have severe arthritis in my right foot and couldn't find any footwear which didn't need inserts, blister plasters or socks to see me through the summer months. I was in Weston for the weekend and we came across this shop, the sort my hubby loves. Bored, I looked at the footwear and the lovely lady who works there asked if I needed help. I poured out all my woes to her and she sat me down and suggested I try on a pair of Teva sandals. With built in arch supports and Velcro fastenings they were perfect but she still made me keep them on for around ten minutes to make sure. I went out of that shop walking on air and have never looked back. They were quite expensive for sandals but who cares when the pain goes. I've never had customer service like this before. She certainly knew her way around footwear and suggested many alternatives, even writing them down for me. Thank you so very much for a wonderful (almost) pain free summer. I really hope she gets a good pay rise too!!
