Good place to visit. One of my favourite book 📙 stores. Staff very knowledgeable.

Goid selection of books and the staff are very helpful. As with all Waterstones branches the coffee shop is a great addition.

This review is for the cafe within Waterstones. Relaxed atmosphere, good coffee and friendly professional staff. The layout is good for wheelchair access, and the Sovereign Centre toilets are not far. This used to be a Costa, I do like Costa but this cafe is now better than before.

Staff are friendly and willing to help, when you can get their attention.

Often I will go in and the floor will be unattended or the solo staff member (for a large store) will be flooded.
