Good service as they can help you find exactly what you want even if you  don't know yet. They are very knowledgeable about their products and can find the best product for you. If you are struggling between for example XBox or PS4, they staff will be more than happy to ask you questions in regards to the sort of console you require and help find the best fit for your gaming lifestyle choices etc. I was able to pick up a few games for both of my consoles on just asking about the gameplays for each game and picked the best ones to suit my preference.

Brilliant. They also have a good coffee bar/cafe upstairs which gets missed by most people.

Yes the price's still don't jump out at you but service is top notch, with all members of staff knowing there stuff.

Popped in to pick up a copy of No Man's Sky, grabbed a copy off the shelf & stood at the counter for 5 minutes being ignored by the staff. Politely asked one of the 2 guys moving stock on the shelves if someone wouldn't mind serving me. He told me that they had 'sold out' because apparently 'it's a big game' (thanks for the newsflash!) 'If it's a big game why don't you have enough for demand?' I asked. 'We only have enough for pre-orders' was the response. 'Maybe you could save yourself & shoppers some time by not having the stock on display or put a sold out sign over the cases?' At this point I think the guy sprained his brain as tried to understand my suggestion. His face went blank. I left the shambles of a shop. No wonder people shop online.
