**The worst customer service I have ever received.** 
As a regular customer and someone who has used the company many times for various things previously, over the last four months i have been involved in a series of dreadful screen repairs which have constantly gone wrong. Although 28 day warranty was up it was clearly a problem with the initial repair (second time it has broken under no impact of the end user) Mr. Dean Robin Ancill was unfair and unreasonable when asking for the device to be fixed and said it was not in his power to fix and would have to pay the full amount (minus a £10 discount which is insulting). 
As a local company you expect an element of fairness and humbleness in order to keep valued customers happy. If you are looking for a trustworthy, reliable and friendly service Teknation is not for you.

Went in today, they fixed my screen for the best price I was offered and have been very helpful and friendly, they even undated my operation system. Highly recommend them
