I visited the Three store that located in the Manchester Piccadilly area, and I was inquiring about the new offers. I met a girl named Tacha. She is more than wonderful. She was professional in customer service and she was also friendly in dealing. I hope she will get a good and appropriate appreciation for her. I hope in one day to see her in a great position in your company and I trust you will give her a good appreciation for the good customer service she has shown. Replacement Sim. Staff Rude and unhelpful After speaking with customer service I was advised to go into store to replace my SIM card. I checked with customer service what ID I would need on entering store and advising what customer service had advised I was told my ID was not suitable ID for store to issue me a replacement SIM. I asked to speak to the manager who came with a attitude issue straight away. I advised her what I’d been told by customer service. Manager responded was customer service is in India and they have no idea what happens in store. I asked to see the store policy but manger refused. I feel the staff need more training in customer service and I would advise anyone to avoid this store.
I've never felt more humiliated in my life when visiting your store and being called a liar by your staff member. I came to the store to resolve my complaint but nothing was resolved, I was promised two different things by two managers and then told to contact three by phone to resolve my complaint. What a mess. Kudos to Three customer service that we spoke to over the phone, very professional, maybe you should train your store staff better.
Absolutely shocking attitude from the store manager who said to me and I quote “I don’t care” I have a home broadband that has stopped working and instead of helping me he didn’t give me any options of what to do. He couldn’t care less. As a store manage myself this is not the behaviour I expect when I’m an unhappy customer. I will be taking this further Store managers name is Saad.
Worst experience in years in this branch. They don’t do customer care, as they don’t care about your needs. An agent by live chat said to me to come to a branch to get a new sim card as my current one isn’t working and it would be smooth and easy. Arrived at the store the employees were playing resource free here, didn’t want to assist me and when I got a table, they didn’t give me a new sim card, didn’t update my home address and asked me to call 0333 to make an extra payment, why they have a branch if nothing can be done? Useless and I have an urgent need to receive an SMS.
I’m Three’s costumer for at least last 4 years. i lost my SIM Card so i asked new one . I proved my previous ID which’s i used in every where like bank,airport. but they asked for another ID card !! I mentioned that i just had my nose surgery so going home and back to the store in this freezing weather is absolutely bad to me they wasn’t care. i asked to see manager she wasn’t ready to come and help. what a great team they all work together to not help you ! accept Mr.kavin who’s work in this store he was respect full.
I received a remarkable customer service from Martyn.Martyn was inclusive ,non judgemental clarified on my issue of account and gave me the best solutions.Martyn was friendly and has good working ethics .
Came in to get iPhone 14 for my Mrs ended up buying another sim, very polite team especially the store manger Saad sorted a good deal for us highly recommend
Would give no stars if possible. Went into store to buy a sim to use abroad. Was advised to buy the £20 one as abroad the data is limited to 12gb which is fine. Once landed placed the sim in the phone but it would not work. Contact Three via live chat and they were extremely unhelpful after being passed from one person to another and at the end of 40 minutes told i would have to go into store when i returned home and complain there but they would give me an extra £25 on the sim. Why as it did not work and was only valid for a month!!!! I am lost for words. We were therefore stranded on holiday without data to use for GPS purposes but no one cared. We therefore had to find a local phone shop and purchase a further sim which did work. Be very wary when buying sims. The staff are always chatting and not paying attention to customers and rush you and this is the result.
The 5 g towers that were installed by your company in Swinton and Pendelbury exceed the level of radiation, which is harmful to people's health, then you increase or decrease the level of the magnetic field, this affects people's health, people have headaches, pressure in the head, chest pain and burning in the lungs the level of magnetic waves reaches to such an extent as in a microwave oven in homes, if this goes on, the petition will be collected and submitted to the local government, as well as sent to the country's parliament. the towers are located 5 meters from residential buildings which harms people's health there are many complaints and no reaction
