I visited today due to having an issue with my iPhone, which got resolved easily and was a simple process, but then I went on to be offered a Vision Pro demo which was amazing, I got this from a lovely girl, Hafsa who was so helpful and really made the experience better, she was so lovely and did a perfect job explaining things and making things easier for me. She did a brilliant job and I think she deserved recognition within the store for this
We visited the arndale store on Tuesday 20th August. We were incredibly lucky to be served by Cameelia I hope we got your name spelling correct. From the moment she came over she was friendly, polite and extremely helpful. She gave fantastic customer service and was able to help us with everything we needed to make our final purchase decision. She was very informative, and didn't come across as sales pushy which we have encountered in other stores. Overall a 10/10 service, thank you so much
Just echoing the views of so many others about the disgustingly rude staff that at in store doing customer service in the Arndale Manchester. They all need sacking and new staff employed. Why ignore good customers - ie just blanking me for over 30 minutes and then ignoring me even before my appointment started. Come on Apple - so many customers cannot be wrong. You’ve clearly got your recruitment ALL wrong. Never ever have I been so appalled and treated so badly by being ignored by at least 5 staff members today 2/9/24…. Arrogant, couldn’t care less about the customer staff…. Seriously!! If I get this treatment again it won’t be just google I’ll be complaining to…..
Such a pleasure interacting with the staff here rather than a High Street phone shop. No pressure to buy; I left as a satisfied customer with an Ultra 2 watch .
Extremely helpful staff especially a guy named Kidor Kit i forgot lol. He walked me through all the features of Vision Pro and tbh i wasn't that much into the product but now i might just get it.
Just been to the Apple Store in the Arundale. Great service from Raj. However the manager who was leaving the store at 2.30pm on 3rd Sept was appalling. I’m an older female customer and wanted a seat and some acknowledgement that I was in a queue and going to be attended to. This manager was aggressive, stepped into my personal space and simply told me that I had to stand for 20mins. Given the fact I was spending over £1.5k a bit of common curtesy was all I needed. Fortunately Raj compensated for his manager’s arrogant behaviour
Big thanks to Nick for providing me some great support at my Genius Bar appointment today. I can find appointments and busy places really overwhelming and anxiety inducing, but Nick was really communicative and friendly from the very start, and gave me some great advice on getting my issue sorted. Friendly service from a very friendly person!
Amazing experience even for a really busy Saturday! I was a bit late to my appointment but they still fit me in, my iPhone battery was replaced on the same day, really lovely staff thank you Lee and Mark for making me feel so comfortable and being so kind
Took my phone in with a complex request regarding the front and back being smashed. The whole team involved were wonderful and extremely down to earth. Mikey in particular was extremely helpful and supportive and I am so grateful for the service provided :
It’s rather like visiting a GP, only much louder, and way more hectic — with most of the people visiting seeming to have no manners — the staff I spoke to the most were very pleasant but it took three hours for me just to be told that my phone is okay I would like it if they tried to make this a calmer quieter place as if you’re going to be waiting around for so long or making a very expensive purchase then you don’t wish to be attacked from every direction with too many things going on at once thus being unable to think clearly — almost felt like a playground Also it’s boiling hot in here so I can’t begin to imagine how the staff feel. I certainly felt more drained than usual, and I’ve been at sold-out arena concerts less hectic than this place
