Told them that I needed a new charger port. Guy insisted that I didn’t need a new charger port, told me I needed a new charger and my port cleaned even though I’d already cleaned it, which cost me £20. He was really friendly and so I was pretty willing to trust him. Charger broke 2 days later and my charger port still needs replacing, so I went back and a really rude lady refused to refund me because “I paid and if it didn’t work why did I pay”, to which I explained to her that I wasn’t aware until after I had left. Absolute no go from me, the guys next door at mobile phone solutions are far nicer and far more reliable.
One of the worst experience I had. Went to them to replace my phone display. They charged me 79 pounds saying they give 6 months warranty. After changing display the next day itself one side of display came off. I went to them and got it done. The next day the same side a crack happened in bottom and slowly it started to increase. When I again went to them they told that the repairing person is not there and to come after 2 days. After 2 days when I went they just denied to repair the phone saying that crack don't come under warranty. Not recommended at all but for servicing.
I went to iSmash to get my Samsung phone screen repaired who werent able to because it was too new a model. They said it would cost about £100 for a screen for my phone and recommended trying this place. Dealt with Omar who was polite, friendly and got the screen sorted in 45 mins for less than the quote iSmash gave me. The price also includes a 12 month warranty. Absolute no brainer to come here first.

Went today for a screen protector and case - staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. I got a great deal, and very happy with the quality, plus a huge bonus - the protector was fitted so carefully that NO BUBBLES were left!
Do not go to this place and be careful of the good reviews as in my opinion they are not genuine Took my phone for a screen replacement they then used the parts off my old broken phone to fix it they also broke the mic on the phone and messed with my data When I returned to pick up the phone they tried to charge me £25 to turn my phone back on Everything I said was confirmed by the manager in my
The bloke who works there is one of the rudest, most arrogant and sarcastic people I have ever had the misfortune to encounter. A thoroughly nasty piece of work who is best avoided. Spend your money elsewhere would be my suggestion.
Well do not touch this shop with a barge poll. Paid £12 for a screen protector it started peeling after 1 week. I went back and they couldn’t even replace it saying it was my fault. It started peeling and I pulled it back and the whole cover just came off. The guy has clearly no customer service manners what so ever with his little co helper laughing. If I could give zero stars I would. As I said if you want a trashy deal go here they will give you one, otherwise go somewhere who not just sell decent products but also look after their customers rather than just grabbing your money. I decided to go to Mobile Technicians in the Arndale and the service was much better thanks to Tyrone and the cover was much stronger.
Stay away from it, the worst service that you could ever get and the poorest quality products you could ever purchase. I bought screen protector for my Samsung galaxy Note 8 and one of the staff installed it for me however, after she installed I saw some dust on the sides and when I asked her she said its alright it is just the glue. A week after, the screen protector started t break from the bottom and peels off with regards that I purchased the product for £12. Moreover, this means that the quality of the product is poor and the installation wasn't correct and not appropriate. I went to them to their Arndale branch and they didn't provide me with any support. I told them that I dont want the money back but at least replace it for me and fit it properly but they did nothing.
