The best in store customer service I have ever received. Daniel and Gabriel were extremely knowledgable and personable, and remedied the issue I had with my iPhone SE in a matter of minutes. I opted for an 8am appointment time, which suited my needs perfectly, and seemed to be the only option in Manchester to get my issue sorted early, so I could go about the rest of my day. Cannot recommend highly enough.
Took my iPhone XS in for a new battery, and the service was excellent. I was told it would be ready in 2 hours, and it was. Full explanation of what had been done, and a service report handed to me. Would highly recommend Sync to anybody with Apple product issues.
This is my second time visiting this store and I would recommend it to anyone. As soon as I walked in, I received a really friendly greeting from the store manager Daniel and after explaining my situation with my MacBook Screen not working properly, he was really helpful and reassuring. Due to it breaking just before the weekend he explained to me that the parts wouldn't arrive till next week. But he then explained to me how I could still use my Mac over the weekend to work on and gave me the best times to come back with it on the Monday so that I could receive it back the following day rather than having to be without all weekend. Really great service here from Daniel who is clearly not only very knowledgeable and reliable, but personable too. Highly recommend this store.
Great costumers service, the guys there are very helpful, kind and friendly! Big Thanks to Gabriel for sorting my Apple Watch within a couple hours, before I leave the country. Will definitely come back in future if needing support with all my apple devices!

Took my iPad in on Friday as I could not get a convenient appointment with the Apple Store. Absolutely delighted with the wonderful customer service. Mark and Gabriel were so friendly and helpful. Fixed the iPad and helped me with a gremlin on my iPhone too. What fantastic service. Would highly recommend Sync to everyone
An absolutely fantastic service that I will definitely be using again should I encounter another tech issue and will be recommending to everyone. I booked an appointment through Apple to have my AirPods Pro diagnostics because both my AirPods were constantly making crackling/ static sounds as soon as I put them in my ears. It was an issue I was tolerating for far too long. I was told to leave my AirPods with them and to come back 2 working days later to pick them up. To be totally honest I wasn’t expecting good news, I was expecting to have to pay for a pricey repair or to pay for a complete replacement. However to my surprise and delight, when I came to pick them up today, I was informed that the AirPods were under warranty with Apple and that both AirPods have been replaced for free. Friendly, helpful and efficient!
Was told by Apple Arndale team member my apple MacBook repair would take a week , took it round the corner and was assured within 3 business days. Got it back, fully repaired in 36 hours! Very happy, great service.
Took my AirPods in after the right earpiece started crackling. Told would either be able to replaced for free, or would have to consider buying a new set as cannot buy single ear pieces cheers Apple. Luckily, they were able to replace! All done within 30 mins or so of setting foot in the store. And to think I nearly just bought a new pair without seeing these legends first! Thanks Sync!
Daniel, the store manager, was really kind and helpful to me today! My phone wasn’t turning on and needed a reset, and he sorted it for me in a few minutes, and was really great. I’d highly recommend visiting their store instead of the Genius Bar if you want friendly customer service without an appointment!
