I've visited this fantastic pub numerous over the years whenever I'm in Halifax. The beer is consistently spot on with a good choice available. My most recent visit was just prior to the second lockdown and the table service was exemplary. In short, a proper pub with a great atmosphere and a homely feel.

Great wide selection of ales, have some interesting flavours. Great friendly feel to the pub, with a nice snug at the back where you can sit with friends and family away from the busy parts of the pub. Would highly recommend this pub.
