It really is as good as it gets. Extremely well appointed and stylish rooms, Award winning restaurant with cosy bar and comfortable lounges. The staff bring the whole wonderful experience to life. I would love to keep it a secret but we all should experience the Shibden Mill Inn at least once, we hope to make a habit of it. It's worth travelling the length of the country just to enjoy it. We just spent our first night at Shibden Mill Inn celebrating our wedding anniversary and we had a wonderful night. On arrival we were upgraded to the suite which is an incredible room. The food and wine ! was outstanding. We have eaten in two 1 michelin star pubs in Yorkshire The Star at Harome and the Pipe and Glass and the food here is just as good. Well done chef and the team ! All of the staff were lovely and the whole experience tremendous. It was our first visit but it certainly wont be our last.
Although I had looked up the Inn prior to my stay, I was not prepared for just how special this little spot is! A snug little paradise. With friendly, extremely helpful staff. Immaculately clean room. I loved the interior, from the rooms to the bar to the breakfast/restaurant. Beautiful artwork everywhere. I really look forward to visiting again. Rooms: I loved my room. Honestly, I didn't want to leave it!! From the 60s radio, the rotary phone, the awesome shower that felt like rain to the amazingly comfy bed, oh, and the view!!! It was 2 nights of heaven. Spotlessly clean, too! Safety: Felt so safe! Attentive staff that seemed to know your needs before you did! Friendly night porter was lovely to see. Walkability: Bring your hiking boots!! It will be worth it. Each room has a little booklet with a map and description of some hiking roots.. Food & drinks: Exceptional! Fantastic combination of flavours. Beautifully presented. Good portion size. You'll not leave hungry, nor overwhelmed with too much on the plate. I had the Parsnip, truffle and honey soup, a good old Fish and Chip and Japanese milk donut with plume..absolutely divine!
We stayed for one night in June as we were going to the Piece Hall to see a band. The Hotel is brilliant. Absolutely faultless service, either at the bar or in the dining room. Smartly dressed staff, really polite and very professional in what they do. Bar is reasonably priced and serve a lovely pint of Guinness! We had breakfast and the food was very nice and once again the service was excellent. We ate in the restaurant. I had braised steak and honestly and I have to say it was one of the nicest things I've eaten in my life! Brilliant hotel, staff, food,beer, rooms! Loved it! 10/10 Highly recommended Thank you!

We stayed in the bridal suite and it was absolutely beautiful. The staff were fabulous, breakfast was so good. We sat outdoors and enjoyed the atmosphere. Enjoyed our stay thank you.Rooms: 5/5
Didn’t stay in the hotel, but we will be back to stay! The dinner in the pub was very tasty, everyone enjoyed there choices - delicious. The atmosphere is wonderful, so old with a rich history, the surrounding countryside is stunning. I really recommend this inn!!! Food & drinks: Sunday roast with amazing Yorkshire Pudds! Very very tasty!!!
Best steak I've had in the last decade. Wine list is fantastic and the pairings are spot on. Waiting staff are super nice and the ambience is fabulous. Already dreaming of coming back. Food & drinks: Michelin guide worthy food. Best in class.
