Yesterday I visited  the shop after having a bad experience at the EE shop.
The Staff at 3 were so kind and helpful I was having big problems with my phone the lady sorted everything out for me. 
I just want to say thank you so much.
Your staff are simply the best great customer service.

Want to say a massive thank you to the lovely lady at your store, I think from what I could catch her name was Annessa.
She was extremely helpful and explained everything to me fully even though the store was going to be closing in 10 minutes she didn’t hesitate to assist me.
She seemed excited to explain the features and benefits of three and keen to help with upgrading my phone. Explaining the go binge and the snapchat filters, it was a lovely personal touch from her as she showed me what I would be gaining.
I know how hard retail can be to work in and it was refreshing to see a cheerful smile throughout.
