Think they need to change the name of this shop now as hardly anything costs £1 it's now the same prices as b&m and home bargains. Staff pleasant and helpful
Completely ruined it with the refurbishment. No self serve checkouts, hardly anyone on tills, queues so big they're blocking aisles so you can't access the products you want. Entrance gates make it harder to leave without buying anything which is often because the shelves are either empty or blocked. Will take my business elsewhere.
Love the prices and the pick a mix, but there is a particular rude member of staff who does not know how to do their job at all. Was in today and a customer went and asked this worker what was included in the meal deal. Her response to this was “i don’t know i don’t really check, go look yourself”. I’m not sure if i’m being dramatic or does this person need to learn some human decency.
Pound Land has reinvented themselves once again. Better and more items avaliable, no complaints.
Given the prices these days, they should consider re-branding it to "Over-A-Pound-Land"
Love This New Shop Layout And Refit . Love The Payment Contactless I Pay Only
Went through self checkout with an arm in plaster.I put my money in but couldn't push coin down due to dodgy arm.I called over staff member who just kept repeating put your money in.3 times I told her I already had and she then said you need to pay more....I repeated for a 4th time I already had.She looked at slot tapped it and my money went in She glared at me and walked over. Two customers nearby commented how rude she was. Went in today with my son in a wheelchair and same girl was there As my son manoeuvred towards the empty till she shouted across empty checkout THERE.This girl needs to learn some manners and be taught customer service skills.
Sound alot of staff on shop floor playing on phones rather than working or answering questions that customers have. Dirty looks given when questions for items where asked.
Cheap but not cheerful. Often dirty, with the dregs of Keighley sitting on the pavement in front of the store among a garnish of litter. Central Keighley could be so much improved by proactive action by Bradford Council and the Police.
A wide choice of items from household goods, electrical, decorating, DIY, Food and drink, also toys and goodies for the kids + much more from as little as £1 !
