It's easy to wander around and appeals to older customers. But does everything almost have to have flowers in. Friendly staff and very helpful.
Bon Marche have some very nice summer clothes in right now. The selection of summer dresses priced at £15 is brilliant. Only problem is because of the fabulous weather we are having a lot of sizes have sold out. They also have a big selection of swimsuits, but I wanted a halter neck one which they didnt have. I think Bon Marche have good value for money clothes.
I ordered an item on line which was to be delivered to your Keighley branch. Today several days later I have had to chase up where my order has got to , to be told it’s waiting for collection. I asked why I’ve not been called to let me know it’s ready for collection. Pauline, the lady said someone had rang my mobile probably between 9-10am yesterday but there was no answer. NOBODY has called my phone yesterday. I would not recommend Bonmarche’s service and no wonder it’s going down hill!
Wish they would do 25inch inside leg with the more modern trousers I'm only 5 foot tall but don't like the trousers that are 25in
Very helpful staff. Unfortunately most trousers that are in store are 25-29 in length
Been today 16th feb so much to see sale on lots lovely clothes very well stocked clean tidy . Polite professional staff happy with my purchases
Good shop and a few bargains to be had. Certainly more up to date than it used to be.
Make sure you scrutinise your items before purchase because if they are damaged you will NOT get an exchange/refund. Very poor customer relations. Wont be shopping here again
Staff were helpful but uve noticed that the quality of clothing is cheap and sizing is on the small size i used to shop here alot but not anymore
Always find something that I like not a bad place to shop all depends on what style of clothes you want.
