Too expensive! Felt ripped off after I paid £190 for 2 bottles, then found the exact same at Boots for £150! Took them back for a refund, they offered to price match but then said they could drop then to £160, I asked why would I even pay £160 if I can go and pay £150! They refunded me as I asked in the end, but I wont be returning, also I hate that they try sign you up for a rewards scheme to something which you will eventually end up having to pay a fee for but they do not tell you that at the time. I used to think Fragrance shop were competitive and cheaper than the larger retailers, but it doesn't appear to be the case.
Poor customer service. Should teach them how to talk to customers.
Yeah nice place, fast at helping always on hand. Never messing about or anything. Great at selling with lots of info about the items being sold here.
They had the perfume I wanted which isn't easy to get.
Cheaper in Harvey Nicks - your not getting the deal they would like you to think you are apart from the standard, over popular brand gift sets. Delve into something a little nicer and you will get a better deal in the high end department stores.
hi I visited the store on the 21st Sep x young man called Josh was behind the counter x he was very helpful and pleasant.he allowed me to sample fragrances that were new in I spent nearly 100 pound in the shop,he also wrote 8 stickers to stick onto my purfume sprinters so I could identity the product great customer service well done josh
Really,been messed about,ordered online and paid. Went to the shop Xmas Eve,headquarters can find my order but the shop can’t !!! If I haven’t got it tomorrow when they re open. I will get my money back and buy it at boots a lot cheaper
Poor customer service, went to collect an item ordered online, which was supposed to be waiting. Told by staff it's not arrived. Visited again a few days later and different member of staff found item and said it's been there since original day of collection. No apology for inconvenience caused.
I am not one for posting on the service from a retailer, but credit where its due . The staff at the Fragrance shop in Keighley were absolutely fantastic.
What a fab shop the manager and a ginger girl were so helpful to me and my mother and they resolved all issues that I had especially the ginger lass I can not thank them enough really good products at decent price
