Would not recommend visiting this branch if your skin is not white. I visited today and asked a member of staff if they had a particular shade of hair dye and she looked at me like I had just got off a UFO. She was rude and looked confused for no reason ar all.
Great store but unfortunately didn't have what my Granddaughter wanted, told because it is one of the smaller ones. Very helpful staff and pleasant too.
Popped to Keighley branch yesterday for some talcum powder Johnson's baby powder After waiting a while with the one item whilst lone cashier promoted special offer items & then had to ask a colleague to get supplies from back each time a customer took up the offer, I was asked for £4 for the powder 400 gms - I nearly collapsed on the spot! £1.99 in Bodycare for 500gms of exactly the same stuff! out-of-stock there until Fri Obviously, I understand that prices differ from place to place & if it had been a little more I would have paid it - but this is a complete rip off! Needless to say I told them they could keep it & commented on the very high price tag which was met with cries of "We don't price the goods" from the two staff. I will be going back to Bodycare after Fri
Walked in, no help. The smallish woman with blonde hair, no name badage, maybe in her 20's stood in the back watching me as i shopped, was pointing me out and laughing. Not sure what her deal is but that sorta thing needs to stop. Major issues.
Decent shop, my only issue is with it being an establishment which some people rely on as their pharmacy, opening hours should be from 8am not 9am and until 6pm maybe even 7pm not 5:30pm, a lot of people have kids to get to school etc or have a job so making it easier for people with less time to get the medicines they need would only benefit people, even if for that last extra hour it was somehow for the chemist section only, block the aisles with cheap barriers or something.
Polite and helpful staff. One lady in particular was kind enough to play with my baby whilst I had my eyebrows done without even me asking her to. Top service.
So I actually Loved my Brand new eye pencils from here.I Love my New Face Wash from here Aswell XXXX Thank You
Plenty of things on display, but saw all sorts till I got to what I wanted, then had to catch bus & rush off
