I was asked for id to buy call of duty even though im 38. I left it at home and was told I can’t have the item I have already paid for. What a joke
Appalling customer service . Refused to exchange a faulty vacuum cleaner within 48 hours of purchase despite supposed 30 day exchange/refund guarantee . Apparently its normal for a vacuum cleaner to overheat and cut out after 10 minutes of use ??? Disgraceful

miserable staff that sigh when they have to go collect your order, no thank you or anything like that just dumped my order on the counter and walked off! won't be using argos collection again in keighley until they sort out the customer service.
Official web site says they're open until 10pm, 9.30pm closed. Waste of space using amazon next time.

Very helpful & friendly staff. In days of rude & uninterested sales assistants it comes as a breath of fresh air to visit this store. Not only are the staff friendly & welcoming but are both polite & efficient. I had expected to collect an order at the Keighley store in Sainsburys but it was incorrectly labled. It was delivered to the Sainsburys store by mistake. The Argos staff located it & called me to arrange collection within 30 minutes of my contacting them. I think many sales staff could learn a great deal about customer service by visiting this store, the manager & his staff are a credit to Argos.

Poor attitude and no customer service at all disgusting il be writting on social media how outrageous the staff are dont want to help customers just want to chat and talk to each other and said the board there read it how disgusting
Always helpful friendly staff. Generally have most things I need. Love the fact i can use my argos card here.
