Worse Drs surgery I have ever come across. Told routine appointment was a 5 week wait. Cancelked on me a week before I was due to Go in. When I eventually got seen I sat in the waiting for over 1hr and 20 mins because go was so behind. The practice manager is not caring or helpful at all. Basically 23rd me to go find another surgery

Nigh on impossible to get an appointment there now, didn't used to be this bad.ive always paid my national insurance and I don't go to doctors that often and yet I feel guilty.told to go to walk in centre I don't drive cost 5 quid in bus fares not to mention the extra time it takes.if you have these symptoms see doctor blah blah .......yeah right.must be a different world to mine.

Absolutely appalling service. I went about my ibs and was asked by the nurse practitioner "well what do you want me to do about it" my partner tried to get a routine appointment to review her pill and was told to go to the sexual health clinic. They love telling you to go to the walk in centre, you'd have thought they get paid a referral fee. Continuity of care is non-existent at this surgery.

Can never get appointment, can never see a doctor always has to be a nurse. Now I'm told that things like chest infections, (which I get regularly), eye and ear problems has to be dealt with by walk in centre. I have no transport so seeing the doctor is a lot more convenient than getting buses to city. I thought doctors were supposed to treat patients regardless. Now it seems that they can't be bothered to treat certain illnesses. What ever happened to the good old days when health care came first.

Sit on hold for nearly 30 mins to then be told there are no appointments and that I will need to go to the walk in centre, ask about following day appointments to be told once again that I will need to go the walk in centre. What is the point in this Surgery?
