Booking system terrible. Missed work to get seen, appointment cancelled without letting me know. Very hard to understand! The ladies in reception very friendly and professional though.

please be aware if you intend to register at this surgery you will not get an appointment when you seriously need one - i have been calling this surgery for 2 days from 8 in the morning as i am too ill to travel to the walk in centre - i have serious pains in my chest and back and my cough is getting worse and all i got told by a receptionist is that they are fully booked even for emergency appointments - disgusting
