I registered with this surgery a few months ago and after reading the reviews I was expecting it to be bad but have to say I have now seen Dr Wang and Dr Perez both of whom have been excellent, very friendly and highly professional, also the nurse practitioner I saw was the same. I have had no problems getting appointments and have found the receptionists to be very approachable and very helpful. I also really like the layout out the surgery. very impressed so far.

It is simply impossible to get an appointment. What is the point of having a doctor you can never see? Clearly flawed booking system and too many patients with too few doctors.

Very disorganised and staff don’t seem to care at all. Made a complaint about trying to book an appointment for a post natal check (which took 5 weeks to book because no one knew what they were doing) and it wasn’t even acknowledged. Always kept waiting & never running on time (once was kept waiting for 50mins).
