Don't know about crappy ratings, probably he just says things honestly in the face and lots of people doesn't like it... Popped just in, he found me two perfectly fitting shimming washers and problem solved! Two thumbs up!

Very rude. I ask for his advice on buyig a bike told him what i had to spend he told me to burn my money instead. He then tried to sell me a second hand bike that looked in rough shape gears didnt work and only had one brake he then let slip that it was a customers bike that hadnt been collected so he was selling it!?

Needed cable tension adjusting as gears wasn't working properly. Halfords can do it in seconds but costs 18 quid so i thought i would try somewhere different. Should be a very simple job for someone who specializes in bike repairs.But no he couldn't do it and didn't seem to have a clue what he was doing. He was ragging the bike chain around and swearing under his breath. I asked what was wrong and he said rather rudely 'Whats the matter is your bikes f****d' i had bike back and he had put chain on small ring, i couldn't change gears to get back into big ring. Seriously he has not got a clue on how to repair bikes and if he cant so something as simple as adjusting cable tension (I have now learned btw) he is in the wrong profession 

I can only imagine when he was younger, he fixed a puncture and said' im rather good at this'  and then proceeded to open up a bike repair shop. Wouldn't surprise me giving his arrogance and attitude.

This guy is obviously in the wrong job. He seems to dislike people choosing to frequent his shop. Although he has parts and accessories, he doesn't seem to want to sell them. I went to buy on accessory for a bike that I was riding and he said "You have to ask if you have lasted this long without it, why do you want to buy it?" This guy needs to sell the shop to someone that is interested in being there at least.
