Terrible service. One new member of staff behind the till who had no idea what to do. Several others standing around offering no support. Was unable to purchase what I had gone in there for and left, having wasted 30 mins standing around. Will have to take my business elsewhere now.
Young and rude staff on the till. The guy on men shoes was extremely helpful and polite however the two young girls on the payment desk on Sunday 02/10/22 @ 3:30pm were extremely rude and arrogant.
One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. I understand retail jobs are draining but being ignored and not spoken to when you’ve ask for help is disgraceful. Also couldn’t help but notice the guy who didn’t speak to me when I asked for a shoe in a difference size and palmed me off to someone else didn’t have problem with helping a white lady shortly after.

Will not go to any of this company any more …I bought a trainer for my little daughter and in my way back to home my daughter said I don’t want it … I went back to the store the same time trying to refund as I can’t force the girl to wear it asked the same lady whose sold it to me to refund she said I can’t …only credit note …then asked to speak to the store manager she was so rude tilling this is the role here I was trying to inform I need the refund so that I can buy another one for the girl she refused so rudely and i had to accept there credit note …..very bad stuff and very bad policy
Overall Good collection
Staff are so rude at sports direct mander Centre not helpful at all it's like they can't be bothered and they don't want to be there, no customer interaction,they need training up on there customer services. Won't be going there again
The lady who served me was young and rude. When I asked to speak to the manager she told me she was the manager on duty. The manager swore at me in front of other customers and staff and proceeded to insult me. The store only offer credit notes and not actual refunds which is not good customer service.
Rude staff/management not only this but they do not offer refunds just credit notes or exchange. I never shop here anyway why would i want a credit note! I will never put my money in the pockets of this greedy owner again and that includes his other businesses.
Smart new store with not so smart new prices! They seem to sell more high end and high value stock now. Let's hope their customers have deep pockets. The store was more or less empty, which was strange for a week after lockdown. However they had my size in the items I wanted, albeit a little dearer than what I've previously paid.
