Good for fishing tackle, good price. Get yourself a membership card, good walking clothes, walking boots and hi tech walking boots. T shirts, thermal clothes. Good parking spaces, free parking for 3 hours.
Brilliant store! The tents are outside in the 'tent field' which is much better to go and look around and really see what they are like to stay in. The main store is also very well laid out with lots of products on offer.
Checked online for stick and travelled quote a distance to the store to be told there's no stock and I should ignore what it says online!!! What a waste of time
Love this shop, it's usually really well stocked and has literally everything you need for your outdoor hobby! Whether that's fishing, hiking, biking, MTB, camping. Always pick up something useful here and the staff are friendly and helpful too
Excellent service when dealing with our recent concern regarding our Berghaus tent. Special mentions for Jamie, JJ, Vicky and Simran. Professional service all around. This is the reason why we use Go Outdoors Wolverhampton for our camping purchases! Thankyou and keep up the great work.
I have had to go in store to determine the fault on my Compass electric bike. Served by Adam in the cycle department. Excellent professional, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable service. Would definitely recommend. Thank you again.
Love hiking and climbing so love coming to Go Outdoors. Nice range of goods and clothing to suit all budgets. From their own hi gear range through to Berghuaus and Rab to name a few. Always take a look at the bargain rails as can pick up some expensive gear quite cheap. nice to pop into the shop even for a browse, never know what you may pick up. Currently have an extra 10% off all items and the click and collect works a treat. Covid guidance applied to all areas this is the norm now toilets on site which is great.
Great store. Staff were very helpful. There is an account with a good discount too. My son got everything he needed for his upcoming trip.
Visited Go Outdoors in Wolverhampton today and was kindly assisted by sales assistant Connor. He was polite, very knowledgeable and really helpful; nothing was too much trouble. I must say that we have also received excellent service from other members of staff, when visiting this store in the past too. Well done Go Outdoors, excellent customer service; you should be proud of your staff.
Great location with friendly helpful staff. Biggest issue is price labels, with so so many either missing or wrong. Every price has to be double checked with the website while browsing the store as it’s so notoriously wrong. The general standard of displays and stock aren’t very good, with items over faced, in the wrong place or just generally untidy. The camping stove aisle looks particularly bad with multiple gaps and untidy. It feels like the shop is closing down but it’s been like it for a few months so this must just be the standard the staff accept.
