Doctors are lovely if you can ever get an appointment to see them. Rang this morning saying I had chest pains and was told to go to walk in centre, do they not know the walk in centre is for arms and legs but anything to do with the chest is A&E! I was told I would have to wait 2 weeks before I could get an appointment or ring 111. Appalling, if chest pains do not constitute an emergency appointment then good luck to anyone registered here. I am looking to change doctors surgery as my health comes first, something which this surgery seems to overlook on many occasions. I end as I started the doctors are so good but must be overworked horrendously at a badly managed surgery.

Exemplary practice, always excellent supportive and helpful despite being under so much pressure. I use EMIS for appointments and if more people did this it would help take the load off the phones lines for those people who have to phone. A great practice , been with them 15 years It's a pity to see derogatory and even racist comments on the reviews, but sometime bad experiences happen and some people are only happy when they are miserable.

The staff are horrific in this place! I left them and moved to Falcon medical because of how rude and unhelpful they are but this year the 2 of them merged together and now im back dealing with the worst staff ever. Im proper disgusted by the attitude here. if you have alternative choice go there instead. trust me!

God help you if you require an urgent appt....waiting 3.5 weeks to see someone urgently is utterly appalling. Honestly check out other dr in the area for their waiting times as these are shocking and have been for years yet they still advertise for new patients

I've never had a bad experience from either the GP or the walk in center. Yes they are busy in the morning but so is every GP office these days, I've never had an appointment that's been ridiculously later than it should be like I have with some other doctors surgeries. The receptionists are helpful and try book you in asap where possible and they're on the ball giving results out
