I highly recommend anyone to consult Jack Walton for help with  any health problems. I was experiencing migraine so severe that, according to my GP, it had put all the muscles in my neck and the back / top of my head into spasm and the medication prescribed was only giving me relief for short periods. However Jack was able  to release the tightness in the muscles and reduce the migraine pain significantly after only one session. I went back for further sessions and  I have not had a bad migraine attack now for over 2 months. He is highly knowledgeable and informative,  explaining what he is  doing and why in terms which are easily understandable. His manner is calm, kind caring, and patient and he seems to have a real desire to work out why you have pain and how he can best help relieve it. I cannot thank him enough for all the help he has given me

Over the past year Jack helped me improve my health both physically and mentally.  His dedication and knowledge is remarkable and without his guidance I don’t think I would have been able to stay on the non-steroidal route to recovery from PMR
