So so much better than the GP I registered with!! The nurses are very caring and they always check on you, and one of the nurses even help me to call an ambulance to transfer to hospital. Not waiting long, perfect place for emergency treatment! Thank you all!
Went in with an abnormally painful cut on the back of my hand, which I expected was infected. Doctor scoffed at it, said it was fine, strange only due to the location and drew a line around it, saying if the redness/swelling went past that, to come back. 2 days later the smell of the pus after taking off my plaster to change it attracted a small crowd, a hand surgeon who happened to be nearby and a few opinions from nurses saying "it's infected... and exceptionally so, go to hospital." Was given antibiotics, an xray, and an appointment for the next morning, within half an hour at the vic. BTW still waiting for it to cross the squiggly line you drew. Getting close now though. Thanks dude.
Big thank you to James and his colleague for their assistance in treating my dental emergency. I am not the best with dentists but James went out of his way to ensure I was comfortable throughout.
We arrived before 15 mins before they closed at 8pm. Staff said they are closed 15mins before they close at 8pm. Do the staff take any pride in their service?! I’d say no, after this experience, they just want to go home .
Incredible service- speedy and polite . Even though it was football match day on a Saturday , me and my daughter were seen under half an hour it was about under a 15 minute wait roughly. The nurse was so polite and kind. My daughter had been bit by the pet rat at Oeseburn Farm. Even though it turned out we didn’t need medication for it or a tetanus injection- the nurse cleaned the wound again. She also give us brilliant advice, a free teddy for my daughter Lilly and some bandages to take away. She was so kind to my daughter Lilly and very patient with her, even though she can be quite hyper . Best walk in I have ever been to. Outstanding 5*.
Went in a couple of weeks ago for a case of tonsillitis. Lovely service from the reception team and a wonderful nurse. Can’t remember her name but she was very caring and spoke in a lovely soft tone which helped me a lot. Wait time wasn’t too long considering the time and i was expecting it to be longer for a case not so major. Would recommend
I went to the walk in dentist, I was treated with the upmost care. Had a tooth removed, I was a total whimp, but the dentist & the dental nurse were very kind. Thank you so much.
My daughter went there this morning was very impressed with the service from the doctor staff very friendly very clean highly recommend if you need urgent care
Disgusting service spoke to male doctor in the phone on the 18.01.23 cause I was referred by 111 to call them and he was so true spoke to me awfully I suffer server mental health and all he has done it make me feel worst, and questions my self vile disgusting place!
Review for the community mental health team. Waited two months for assessment, then two months after that assesMent for consultation on where things would be going next then after initial consultation another two week wait then at my consultation today they say I can have treatment but I will be a lot longer than two months before I get it, all this time whilst I’m feeling very intense feelings that I’m going to kill myself - and telling them my plans to end my life in the very near future. Most of staff were nice however apart from Deborah who I had recently who was very cold and seemed pretty nasty
