Ambulatory care staff are absolutely amazing! Been sorting me out for weeks now and they cannot be faulted! The care and support is second to none! I have to single out Kate and Ellie for today's care, but all the girls are outstanding and great fun, make a painful experience so much easier!
Treated by nurse Theresa to remove staples post knee op, 5 min wait, 20min to remove 40 staples. Theresa put me at ease with her calm and pleasant demeanor, professionalism at at it's best, kept me informed all the way taking care to make sure I was comfortable. Can't thank her enough. Fantastic service, no appointment no fuss, no fee. Thank you NHS.
Went for an emergency appointment after having agonising toothache for several days... best denist experience I've ever had! Wish they could be my actual dentist!nnI am absolutely terrified of the dentist, but the staff were incredibly kind and reassured me, talked me through each step of what they were doing and what options I had.nnI was in and out in 45 mins!
Having a massive phobia of the dentists I had to go here on Saturday 5th April suffering from severe toothache. The staff were amazing and I couldn’t fault them. The dentist himself was so reassuring telling me what he was going g to do at every step. The nurse was also amazing making sure I was ok. I’m 52 and still fear the dentists. Thank you so much for a pain free tooth extraction and for making me feel at ease.
Have only had one experience so far here but Dr Grey was absolutely amazing, so lovely helpful and attentive truly haven’t came across a doctor like her, she was so willing to go out of her way to help and just to have someone simply listen after years of symptoms being ignored. Thank you!
