Had a fantastic experience with Thompson First - Darren was wonderful to deal with, very attentive and genuine. No pushy sales talk, just genuinely seemed to want to do the best for the customer. How car sales should be. I was so impressed with the service and the car, that I drove 150 miles to collect it. Super happy with the car too. Overall would recommend these guys - don't buy from your "street dealer" go to a proper dealership for your used car - you won't be disappointed :)

OK if you want a new car, not helpful when looking for a used vehicle. I didn't want to have a new car this time (I have had four new cars from them) gave them details of what I was looking for second hand and no response. If you have tyres changed on alloy wheels check your wheels carefully before leaving, on three occasions they have badly scratched wheels on my car's. They have repaired them to be fair but the damage should not have occurred in the first place.
