The team are fantastic! I never see the mechanics themselves but the front of house service team are delightful. Fun, friendly, knowledgeable and they enjoy a bit of good banter!! Stephen, Claire, Dale and Becky are standouts and always make the visits enjoyable…even if the bills can be a bit painful! I always do a while you wait service, and it’s always convenient and finished ahead of the estimated timings. I have no plans to take my car elsewhere. Although an upgrade of their tea and coffee facilities wouldn’t hurt
Fantastic service from start to finish. The booking process was impeccable. I was kept informed of my car updates while it was in… they addressed EVERYTHING that was needed and even gave the car a full detail with ceramic coatings. At came back better than new! If I could give 11/10 I would. Keep up the good work. Thank you.

I’m fairly new to the Stroud area and had no previous dealings with Baylis. I had a problem with my 24-year old Vectra and phoned their service department. Clare answered and was very reassuring and said she’d call back in 5 minutes. She did exactly that and gave me the solution to the problem. What a wonderful and rare experience it is these days to get such swift, efficient and friendly service! It was only a small thing but it brightened up my week and it’s great to know that there are such kind and genuinely helpful people around. Well done Baylis, and a big ‘THANK YOU’ to Clare!
