I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealer. I would highly recommend Mike. He and staff including Bob thanks for coffee and drive made it a delight. Extremely friendly and very helpful. Nice relaxed atmosphere. They answered all questions and offered as much information and insight as possible. Personally with my own experience they went the extra mile - literally picking me up. Which was extremely appreciated and kind. Car was MOT’d, serviced and clean inside and out. It was immaculate. I would return if I ever needed a car in the future years. We have recently purchased a car through Autodeals of Stroud, and part exchanged our car. The experience was totally hassle free. We were left to look over the car with no pushy sales, the staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The car we purchased was a good price and we received a fair price for our car. We will have no hesitations in checking their website when we upgrade our other car. Hopefully we will have many years happy motoring.

I can't recommend Mike and his team at Autodeals highly enough. I saw the car on Autotrader and decided to make the 100 mile trip to see the car on the spare of the moment. We were able to take it for a decent test drive to get the feel for the car and to check over the engine without any hassle. We agreed to buy the car and collect it a week or so later.  Mike arranged for the car to be serviced and MOT'd in that time. We rang Mike to say we would be coming on the train to collect the car and he offered to come and collect us from the station. The car had been valeted that morning and was ready waiting for us to drive it home, all clean, shiny and PINK it's more coral really.  We happened to be at the dealership when the ice-cream van arrived and Mike even treated us to an ice-cream.  Loving my new Fiat 500. Thanks Mike and team.

Sold my car yesterday with Autodeals and I must say I've heard bad things about traders who come to buy your car knocking the price down to a silly amount. These guys didn't do that at all. They gave me a very very fair price and a stress free experience.100% recommend them and will definitely do business with them in future

I would rate it minus 1 star if I could,highly unprofessional and dishonest. Bought Hyundai i40 from themMike,the car turn out to be faulty and not as described in the advert,after a long debate,several visits to mechanics and having it diagnosed for faults still refusing to accept the car back for full refund!only offering partial repairs. I have to take them to court to get my money back...Please avoid.

Mike was quick to respond to my enquiry and various questions I had and Gary was a real pleasure to do a test drive with. I feel confident that if anything crops up in the next few months they'll deal with it in the same professional way as they did selling me the car. Happy customer. Thanks both for all your help.

What a fantastic and unique car buying experience from Michael, his colleagues and his lovely dogs.  Down to earth, honest and lovely people, with none of the hard sell and BS which are so common in the motor trade.  I got a fabulous Passion Red Pearl Honda Civic in excellent condition at a good price.  It's a lovely car which came with a fresh service and 12 months MOT and a service.  I traded in my car with them and got a fair price. None of the WeBuy... nonsense of wandering around your car knocking off hundreds for every dent and corroded alloy.  Many thanks to you all.  Steve

Excellent experience with Mike, he was under pressure to get the car ready for us, went above and beyond to make it happen and was apologetic for the delay which was not really his fault. No hard sell and very honest. Great car buying experience.

I decided to wait a few weeks and 500+ miles before writing a review, just in case the car turned out not to be all that it appeared but I should have trusted my instincts that this was a firm you can trust.  As others have commented, it's a real 'old school' experience to buy from these friendly, honest people, and it definitely helps if you like dogs!  The Kia estate that we bought is very tidy and well presented, and some searching online suggested that it was a very fair price.  Mike even came and collected me, to save me having to get a bus or taxi to pick up the car.  No pressure sales techniques, and no pushing of finance or extended warranty although both are available.  Would definitely use them again when the time comes - hopefully not for a good while!
