James was excellent in his customer service, showed me around the car and took it for a test drive. He did a great p/x on my car, and went above and beyond to sort out any issues I wanted sorting on the new car. Not only did he put new brake pads on (as suggested), he put new rear disks on the car as an extra as well as a new MOT!! Overall I am extremely happy with my new car and I will be returning in the future! Highly recommend, great to have in the local area.

James and his mum were very friendly ,helpful and knowledgable. I went on my own to look and buy the car; which as a female on your own can be very scary. They were very down to earth and didn’t put me under any pressure and just gave me the facts. I would definitely recommend! Loving my new Suzuki!!

James is an excellent car specialist with attention to details and perfect service stewardship. He gave me very good advice and prepared the car well for us, I will definitely recommend him and his shop to anyone who looks for quality cars

James you know that your reply to Jackie is an out and out lie! You told us your Dad told you not to go ahead with the deal! You were told about the very small mark on our otherwise immaculate car BEFORE the deposit was paid ( we CHOSE to tell you about it AND send you a photo), we agreed to a small price reduction to allow for the repair and you were actually due to deliver the car to us an hour later! Strange that the mini is no longer listed, I think we both know you got another buyer even though the car was promised to us! Very unprofessional!
