Awful service As I study travel and tourism, I know how you should treat customers, and when I visited this Thomas Cook store today I did not receive good customer service at all!! I was treated like I was stupid. I got told one thing last week and told another today, and I apparently was in the wrong, and the manager was very rude and abrupt towards me. Will not be visiting again.

Terrible experience. Myself and a friend patiently waited to get served but 5 female staff decided to sit there lounging and gossip about another lady. I don't understand how people like this get employed when there are more knowledgeable, friendly and passionate humans who care for customers. Never will I enter this store again.

Booked plenty of holidays from this store. Staff are knowledgeable about the destinations and facilities available. However they find it hard to price match even with themselves online.
