very bad bought Prague korona from them and asked if due to conorvaris can't go been told u have your money back or exchange other currency buying. But when went back give me back 20 percent less never give back though. will never purchase from them best rate john Lewis believe me.

Staff are all friendly and they have the best rates and also have happy hour between 11 and 12 so even better rates
