I was at St Margaret's Bus Station where, one staff in particular was very rude and has no manners was not very helpful at all, she had abit of a attitude. Lucky I gave you 2stars and not one
Went in to get a monthly Flexi Ticket which before lockdown was 28 days on one ticket for £65, The lady behind counter printed 4 weekly tickets at £18 per ticket and she asked for £72. The app is £65 and she was ignorant when I pointed this out. Clearly looking to rip customers off, I walked out and used the Arriva app instead. Inconvenience as ever.
Not too familiar with the services of the first Bus company as I normally use Arriva... I spoke to a member of staff with this company and they were very informative that help me with my journey times and the bus routes I would need very helpful member of staff at this stand in the Haymarket bus station very well recommended easy to use and staff very helpful if you require extra help information etc
No point having timetables you can pick up as the buses pretty much run when they want, sometimes I've waited and 3 have been completely missed out... also ringing to find out what time they shut on a certain is pointless as they just tell you wrong, this happened the other day, wanted to get a bus pass, told it was open til 3, get there about 2 and it's shut.. on a SATURDAY!
This shop used to be good I must say, before the mobile Apps & online tickets etc started. Ever since I guess, it's just there for the sake of it. Whenever I go there with any query I always get the same answer as most of the other customers "Ring the customer service" Why have the shop then??
I woyld like to thank the bus driver on the 38. 11/7/16. Driver 1299. For stopping and removing the rude n drunken woman of the bus, who was being extremely offensive to my beautiful 18 month old grandson and myself. Thank you again.xx
19:00 pm today 5 September 2017 & bus 25 number sm65wmv I don't know who is bus driver I ask him to give me 10 journey pass but he give me adult pass 16 pound I told him why u give me this he say sorry I can't cancle this if u want to change go to first office that gujrati driver west my time west my money west my day
Not the travel shop the bus changes how ridiculous the time tables are in the morning now. As a nurse I need to be at work for just after 7 which was ok before the change now my bus 26 gets into town around 06.30 and both 88/88A go out at 06.25 and 06.30. The next bus is then NOT till 06.55 that's a 25 minute wait and this affects at least 15 people that I know off.
I have lost my bus pass several times and have never ever found it back in the travel shop as that is where people hand in lost passes but I think they throw them in the bin so that you have to buy a new one so that only they benefit from your loss, and this has cost me several of hundreds of pounds, from now I just get week passes and it's fine
Staff were so friendly and happy to help , always gave me the best deal and offered me advise on travelling to somewhere I didn’t know . Would give more stars if I could .
