Booked with Citibond had to keep calling them or emailing to receive the relevant documents.  Once the money is received by them,they are not very helpful.

Excellent customer service. Good price.

They are just interested in taking advantage of customers. no professionalism, no receipt received, confused and contradicting advice all dealt with over the phone so they can get away with not emailing evidence.  Was told when booking two flights that the price for one was more than the other. Paid for it. Then never received a price receipt or nothing. One flight was taken the other wasn't. Then when claiming a refund for the flight that wasn't taken which was the higher price one was lied to and told my flight wasnt that much and they just split the two flights in half and told us that was the price somehow conveniently for them the refund would then be less. After all that, still waiting for the refund amongst many other issues had. Would never recommend booking with them next time i will book directly with the airlines.

Very helpful staff , especially Nisha.

Talking to Nisha ,really rude she is shouting at her customers, got no manners, doesn't know how to talk to the customer.. she is insulting most the customers, she doesn’t like if you ask her questions…never ever seen a lady Like a travel agent as her.

Very poor admin and numerous phone calls required to book a return ticket to India. Its all about southall travel

Talking to Alpa really rude she is shouting at her customers got know manner doesn't know how to talk to the customer won't advise to book any flights as they all want loads of money from you one way flight to india of £700

Excellent service I would advise  to anyone to try out their  services

We visited the Leicester branch and had privilege to be served by Nisha Ganatra, who was very friendly courteous and had a special human touch, she provided us with the excellent service in  professional and calm manner although there were customers waiting to be served and she was very calm, caring, smiling and answered all our queries and made us feel at ease, so keep up the good work and congratulations for the excellent service  Mr & Mrs Pravin Laladia
