We have used Barrhead Travel many times over the last few years and have always found their service and prices to be excellent, so much so that we always now try them first when looking to book a cruise as no-one else comes close to them.  Definitely recommend them.

We recently returned back from a last minute holiday booked through Barrhead Travel. The service we received from Paige was efficient and polite, she managed to get the best price for our Thomas Cook holiday and all paperwork was posted promptly. Also we had special requirements for elderly passengers travelling with us and these requests were handled perfectly. Based on our experience I would book again with Barrhead Travel.

Can not fault these people I am registrared hearing disabled and nothing too much trouble for young lady who is dealing with my request for holiday information .looking forward to booking holiday with this company .smiles from evetpy on s as you enter their shop .thank you 😇😇😇

I am disgusted and disappointed at the awful treatment my wife and I received when we visited the new Highcross branch in Leicester on Saturday.  

Your member of staff initially told us to come back as they were too busy to see us but the two Caucasian ladies behind us were seen to immediately.

We returned sometime later to be greeted by the same member of staff with a facial expression which read "Go Away"  we were told the shop was closing in 5 minutes.  You had 6 employees sat at their desk doing very little waiting for the last 5 minutes to tick over.  There were no other customers in store.  You could have used this time to take our details and get back to us but instead we were shooed away.  

My wife was left wondering if it was because she wears a headscarf, I disagreed with her stating Leicester is a very tolerant city with lower levels of discrimination, but one thing for sure both my wife and I were made to feel very small on our visit to your store.  Management should seriously consider customer services training with a special emphasis on how to speak to customers and diversity.
