Called in for currency after seeing a rate in the window. Pleasant lady, but, no paperwork/receipt issued & it was only when I got home that I realised the amount I paid didn't reflect the rare in the window . Had I got a receipt, I'd have seen that they obviously charge commission, something that my usual two places I buy currency from don't. I won't be returning.
Can't praise them enough, I thought my passport was in date but thought I would check with Heyes to be sure as I go away in 3wks,it wasn't,the man I spoke to wish I knew his name was very helpful and arranged an appointment with passport office today and to fast track my application, he even rang me today to see if I had sorted it out, he told me to come in when my passport comes and he will print everything off I need, thank you so much.
Fantastic meal we try and go once a week always great food and service I'd like to say Olivia was so attentive looking after us, would be nice if the staff had name badges but all the staff are friendly and helpful. Tom&Trish.
No been in recently but have always found the staff friendly and helpful. They always have a holiday for every pocket.
They deliberately lied to me and were genuinely uncooperative and unhelpful. Will never go there or trust them again.
I have never used this travel agent but by the look of the shop, it looks to be a friendly and welcoming place
Shocking ,the wife spent 25mins in a queue to get through and be hung up on a further 24 mins on my phone,all to the helpline number to eventually be put on a vodaphone answer machine and hung up on again
Very helpful staff for currency exchange
