Very disappointed that this bank doesn't open on a Saturday. Where's the logic in that? Especially considering you're only open during regular working hours during the week. Not happy.

No Saturday opening... When you work out of town Saturday is the only day if you need to physically visit the bank. Disappointing.

What kind of bank doesn't open on a Saturday in a town centre. Cutting out thousands of customers who work for a living.

The new site is terrible,I liked to log on each day but not any more.
I will be changing Banks as the old site was much easier to use
