Banked with HSBC for 10 years now after moving when we got our mortgage. Use the local branch and they have always been brilliant, super helpful and friendly. We’ve renewed our mortgage online easily more than once and the rates have always been comparable to others

I went to  Bank on the 26th of June ,I tried to pay cash in unfortunately 3-4 machine were out of order . That's ridiculous why should I get in the queue when there are 4 machines? None of them working. HSBC should get the machines sorted so that there are not lots of people crowded together. Staff were extremely helpful.
