Been with this bank since I was a kid and I have never had any problems, they have always been very helpful and caught illegal activity once and fixed the problem straight away. The waiting times are not so long, trust me until you have used the banks in spain then you will know how good the banks are over here.

Hit the telephone button thinking i was calling the local Wigan branch but got through to a customer centre! thought natwest was THE BANK THAT LET YOU TALK TO SOMEONE IN YOUR BRANCH! Then got transferred to the mortgage centre and PUT ON HOLD AGAIN after 13 minutes of waiting gave up not good Natwest, not good at all

This is the only branch out of 4+ that I have visited whose staff wouldn't take payment to go into one of their clients' account even at quiet times, directing me instead, to use a machine that won't allow a Reference entry thereby confusing the account holder. Very unhelpful!
