Excellent choice for you Indian sweets and savoury. Clean and family run. Its been around for decades. I have enjoyed the chaat and samosas. Very reasonably priced. Located on the busy Romford Road, Newham.
Best jalebis in area. Service could be quicker. They try and serve more than one customer at a time but results in waiting around unnecessarily when you can see the food on the counter ready and packed..Food: 5/5
Good variety of savoury and sweet items. Paneer samosas and jelabi are highly recommended! Value for money, customer service is good.Food: 5/5
Bought mesu, special chevda, coconut barfi and jalebi's. Got home to find I'd been given faradi chevda instead of what I asked for. No problem, but the chevda was stale, as was the mesu and jalebi-all now consigned to the bin. Coconut barfi was excellent, but we won't be going back to CSC. Really disappointing and not cheap either.
For the second time I was Sold old rock solid gone off Methi from city sweet centre. Not to mention this was bought as a gift for a engagement party. Will never be going back!!!

Great place to get sweets and savoury food such as chaat which I definitely recommend. Good mithai. Good for take away as they do charge a pound extra per item to eat in.
Indian Sweet Centre with the East African flavour mithaais. Very distinctive in taste from the Indian subcontinent mithaais. The bhel puri was excellent too. Once again east African style, as opposed to the Indian chaat. However excellent taste especially with the imli and coconut chutneys. No eat in as yet only takeout.
Good Indiana taste.Food: 4/5
