Only been here twice. First time, they lost my swab sample, so i was told to go back in and pick another one from reception and do it again. I go to pick it up, and apparently they dont have a swab sample for me to pick up... so I just gave up. Then magically 3 weeks later they somehow have analyzed my MISSING swab sample, and given results based off of it. Next time I try and book an appointment, I'm told i can ONLY book it with my registered GP, who's on holiday. So 3 weeks later of waiting just for one appointment. Absolutely awful experience.

Nice building. No point being ill though, unless you can give at least three weeks notice. Vastly oversubscribed meaning your symptoms will have gone by the time you see anyone! Pointless place!

Absolutely horrific. I would never ever recommend this practice. Your better off going private. It takes weeks for a simple appointment like a medication review. The doctots themselves are ok but the receptionists have messed around with my medication/prescription too many times and my medication is life saving so its important. the biggest problem this practice has is the people who work on reception and dispensary. Too busy chatting and drinking tea!

After much thought I join Theale Clinic and not been disappointed by the care I have been given by the doctors. Thank you. Saying that my very first visit to the clinic I did experience the rude receptionists, they not acknowledge me for at least 5 minutes, both staff chatting, then took a phone call, typing and breaking down boxes before any acknowledgement or apology ....... Hence the 3 stars ....... Yes it's hard being a Dr's receptionist, work on customer/patient service and you can easily get 5 😉
